Mt. Phongun Razi – Towering 3635 meters above the sea is the most suitable peak to scale among the many peaks in the region. Generally cover with snow between November and May. Day 01:

Arrival, transfer to hotel. Walking tour in and around Putao. Overnight at Putao Lodge.

Day 02:

By Jeep to Shangaung, challenging trek to Wasandum . Overnight at Wasandum Village House.

Day 03:

Easy trek to Ziyadum via Awadum through evergreen forests . Ziyadum Village House

Day 04:

Trek to Chaungzone along evergreen forests, uphill trek to Thitpingyi camp. Overnight at Tent Accommodation

Day 05:

Trek to Khantautmyit passing through diverse forests and bird life. Overnight at Tent Accommodation

Day 06:

Trek to Snow line through pine elevation with moist upper deciduous forests. Overnight at Tent Accommodation

Day 07:

Trek to Phongun summit, return trek to Khantautmyit camp. Overnight at Tent Accommodation

Day 08:

Trek to Thitpingyi camp through constantly changing topography. Overnight at Tent Accommodation

Day 09:

Trek to Ziyadum via Chaungzone winding along Phangran creek. Overnight at Ziyadum Village House.

Day 10:

Trek to Wasandum via Awadum and Kalang across suspension bridges. Overnight at Wasandum Village House.

Day 11:

Having left the wilderness behind and returning to the clutches of civilization. Overnight at Putao Lodge.

Day 12:

Transfer to airport for your onward departure
